First Children Services’ telehealth services use a secure HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform. Our telehealth services for school districts are available throughout New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Our online social and anxiety skills groups are open to anyone throughout the country.
ABA Therapy via
First Children Services is now offering ABA therapy via telehealth during this COVID-19 pandemic to in order to continue providing services to children during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a secure HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform, our BCBAs and behavior technicians are providing ABA therapy directly to clients and families in the safety of their own homes. Telehealth allows First Children’s clinicians to directly provide therapy and assessments, monitor progress, supervise behavior technicians, and provide vital parent training services to families.
Continuity of care is vital for any child with autism spectrum disorder or any behavioral health challenge. Our telehealth ABA therapy allows services to continue, therapeutic gains to be made, and ultimately positive outcomes achieved through this disruptive time. While in person interventions still yield the best results, telehealth can be an effective option for families during the COVID-19 pandemic. First Children Services does have a limited number of staff who are continuing to provide services in the home for families who would not benefit from or be appropriate for telehealth. Our ABA therapy services are available in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
